Why not recommend a friend to DB Roberts Property Centres; not only will you be doing them a favour, but you will receive a cheque from us as a thank you! It’s a great way to help a friend and yourself

It’s easy; when you introduce a friend who sells their house through us, you’ll receive a cheque for £50* from us when their sale completes.

If they do not sell through us, but use any of the following DB Roberts services, we will still send you a cheque for £25* as a thank you:

  • • Property Conveyancing  – buying or selling a house.
  • • Property Letting – using DB Roberts as agents to let and manage a property
  • • Mortgage Services – arranging a mortgage through one of our advisers.

All you have to do is get your friend’s consent, and then send us their details on the e-form below. We’ll do the rest – and automatically pay you when the transaction completes!

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. This offer is not open to employees, consultants, close relatives or associated persons of DB Roberts & Partners or any associated Companies.

2.Both the person making the introduction and the person being introduced must be aged 18 or over and UK residents.

3. A single reward payment will be made by cheque payable to the individual named as introducer on the recommendation form. If the referred person uses more than one service qualifying for a reward payment under this scheme, only one reward will be paid which will be the higher of the relevant reward amounts. Rewards are not payable for multiple or repeat transactions.

4. The payment will be made within 28 days of the following events:

•  House Sale: When legal completion, as confirmed by conveyancer, takes place of the sale of the property of which the introduced person is the seller, to a buyer introduced by DB Roberts acting as sole agents.

•  Mortgage: When the mortgage arranged by the introduced person through a DB Roberts adviser completes (ie. funds advanced to applicant)

•  Conveyancing: When the sale or purchase by the introduced person through DB Roberts Conveyancing completes. Note: if both a sale and purchase take place, only one reward is payable.

•  Letting: When the property has been let to a tenant introduced by DB Roberts & DB Roberts are retained as managing agents.

5. DB Roberts will, at their sole discretion, refuse to accept instructions from any individual without disclosing a reason, in which case no reward is payable. The decision of DB Roberts & Partners Ltd is final.
