Lettings Application Officer

Job role

DB Roberts Lettings Centre are recruiting for an Application Officer to deal with the day to day receiving of applications for our rental properties. The role will also include putting the applications forward to our landlords, collating information and taking payment for reference purposes. You will also be responsible for drawing up the required paperwork to be sent out to the landlord and the tenant, arranging moving dates and then conducting the sign up on that moving day. You will need to be able to plan a diary using a computer system to book appointments, arrange viewings etc.

This role will suit a confident and friendly individual, who enjoys working in a very busy, sales environment and who has a proven track record in a customer service environment. You will need to be computer literate with administration and organisation skills and be able to work well as part of a small team. Ideally you will have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Experience ideally but training will be provided.
