If your landlord has chosen DB Roberts to manage the property that you select, and you experience a problem - the breakdown of a property appliance or a security issue – our property team will be on hand to help. As soon as we are made aware of any issues in a rented home that we manage, one of our property team will immediately seek approval from the landlord for the necessary works to be carried out.
We are also available to discuss either renewing your tenancy or giving notice to leave, both of course in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement.
Once your have decided on your property to rent, we will carry out a credit reference check and contact your guarantors (if required). Our dedicated staff will then draw up a tenancy agreement to ensure your rights are protected. Your deposit will also be registered in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
