DB Roberts Property Centres offer a specialist service covering every aspect of letting property. Whether you are a Landlord looking to let property or a Tenant looking for a house or flat to rent, we can help.
We also offer Property Management with a full time dedicated Property Manager allocated to you. We can also help with Deposit Protection and assist ex-patriot Landlords with UK property to let.
One of our experienced specialist rental valuers will visit your property by appointment and advise you on all aspects of letting, including rental values and the state of the market. They will also advise you on legal requirements such as safety certificates. We make no charge for this valuable service.
DB Roberts Property Centres are the only estate agents with a branch actually inside the Telford Shopping Centre, conveniently situated in Southwater Mall – one of the busiest locations for passers-by.
All our other branches are prominently located in the towns they serve. If your agent has an out-of-town office – or perhaps no office at all – your property may be seen by fewer prospective tenants.
We have staff dealing exclusively with the letting and management of property who devote their whole time and attention to lettings. Their knowledge and experience of lettings reflects their specialisation – and shows in the service which you get.
In addition to display in our offices and erection of an eye-catching ‘To Let’ board outside your property (if required), we also run a prominent advertisement every week in the local press – with photographs. We do not charge advertising to our clients.
Every available property is displayed on our web-site, with colour photographs, until it is let. Prospective tenants can view and download details of individual properties anywhere in the World, 24/7.
Unlike some agents, we do not charge for this service. What’s more, we list all available rental properties on Rightmove – many lettings agents do not offer this service; with us, it’s FREE.
If necessary, we offer an accompanied viewing service for empty properties; this is particularly useful for prospective tenants who are unable to view during the week, and helps us let more properties. There is no extra charge for this service.
We use only approved contractors for the repair and maintenance of properties under our management care.
These have been selected for their reliability and quality of service; we are so confident in them, that we use them for work on our own premises too!
We can arrange for reliable contractors to carry out the various safety checks on rented property which the law requires. It’s all part of our complete lettings service.
If you just want us to find you a tenant, that’s fine. But if you would like us to collect the rent and manage the property for you, that’s fine too! If we manage your property, we also ensure that the security deposit is held in accordance with the legal requirements of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme – there is no extra charge for this useful service.
Just talk through the flexible range of services available with our lettings staff, and we will do as much – or as little- as you need.
Landlords who come to us can gain the reassurance of having their rental guaranteed – at no cost to you for the first 6 months. We use an established and reputable company to credit check all applicants for tenancies. Rent guarantee can be renewed to continue landlord protection.
