Terms & Conditions:

  1. Time scale is 5 working days (Monday – Friday excluding public holidays)
  2. Day one is receipt by us of signed RICS Terms of Engagement and pre-payment of the fee ( click here to view our Terms of Business, and to download our Terms of Business click here), provided this is received by 1pm, failing which it is the next working day.
  3. Your payment must be made with a credit (3% service charge) or debit card; in the event of a refund being made, this must be to the same card.
  4. If we cannot gain access to the property, we will inform you, in which case Day 2 will be the first day on which we are able to access the property.
  5. The survey report will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you give us no later than Day 5. Time and date of e-mail despatch by us will be taken as being the point of delivery to you.
