Whether you are interested in checking on your carbon footprint, thinking of selling or letting your house, DB Roberts can provide you with an Energy Performance Certificate, or EPC. An EPC not only shows the current energy efficiency level of your property in the form of a coloured bar chart similar to that seen on electrical appliances in the shops, it also indicates how you can improve the rating.

All Landlords must, by law, make an official EPC available to their tenant for a new letting and, of course, homeowners selling their property need an EPC.

Our team of qualified and accredited Energy Assessors are part of our Survey & Valuation Centre and operate to the same high standards. A visit to your property is necessary, but apart from taking dimensions and checking certain key energy-sensitive points, there is no disruption – the Assessor will take between 30 minutes and an hour at your property.
