Tracey Butler, Senior Sales Negotiator, celebrates 15 years at DB Roberts.
When asked what was the best thing about her job and working at DB Roberts Tracey replied, dealing with people. I love talking with people and helping them find the right home. Buying your first home is an exciting time, I love guiding people and giving advice to make sure the right home is bought. Similarly, with family growth, I help make sure that homes are sold at the best price. Every day I leave the office with a smile on my face.
Tracey began her career with DB Roberts working part-time in the Telford branch. When her youngest daughter started high school Tracey started full time. She then moved onto the Wellington and Oakengates branches. Her skills were used to train new members of staff at the head office. Tracey is now based at the Shifnal office; many existing customers go to the Shifnal branch just so they can deal with Tracey in their sale or purchase.
At the DB Roberts awards evening in January 2017 Tracey won the Customer Service Award for Outstanding Customer Service, this was a new award, created especially for her. Tracey received a standing ovation from staff - something that hadn't been witnessed before.
