We are looking to recruit Outbound Customer Service Advisors for the introduction of our new fast paced call centre based in Shrewsbury.
You will provide an exceptional first impression of our Company introducing a service to all new and existing customers who are in need of assistance in applying for a mortgage product.
You will be working closely with our team of experienced Mortgage Advisors, managing their diaries, ensuring all customers receive the best level of service during what can be a stressful time but exciting time.
It is a fast paced role but fulfilling, working within a team of Customer Service Advisors, you will be talking to and qualifying clients, assessing their needs before then booking them an appointment to speak to our qualified Mortgage Advisors. You will also be operating your own diary management system ensuring maximum business opportunities.
The right person will have a fantastic, confident telephone manner, have a customer service background and be computer literate.
You will be expected to work a shift pattern between the operational hours of Monday – Friday 10am to 8pm, Sat 10am to 5pm. Full time and part time positions are available.
A basic salary of between £15,000 and £16,000 will be provided with the opportunity to earn an achievable incentive each month.
