Making the move to buy
You need to be aware of all aspects of searching for your new home, have a clear head, and make sure you find a house that suits your situation. DB Roberts has hundreds of properties for sale, providing you with a wide choice. We will take the time to get to know what you want and we are available when most agents are not, making us the first port of call for thousands of buyers and sellers.
First Step, Registration
Tell us what you want and we’ll share with you what we can offer. In addition to receiving property details from your negotiator, when you register with us we can notify you as new properties become available via telephone, SMS and email alerts.
Location, Location, Location
This doesn’t just mean in which road you would like to live. Our negotiators have a good knowledge of the local area including amenities such as schools, commuter links and other houses that may be coming to the market soon. It’s very important to register as soon as possible so you don’t miss out on all new instructions.
Customer Service and our Dedication
In this world of hi-tech house hunting, where online browsing allows buyers to look at a property at any time, we know we need to be there at times that suit your busy lifestyle. You can call us from 8–8 Monday to Friday, 9–4 on Saturdays, 10–4 on Sundays and Bank Holidays, and our staff will have property details to hand and be able to arrange a viewing appointment.
We also recommend that in order to secure a property you should book a viewing as soon as possible. Our extended hours mean that we are on hand to receive calls and advise where necessary.
Helping you get organised.
Buying a house is a difficult decision; there are large sums of money involved and you can’t really try before you buy! This is why we have established links with the award winning Mortgage Advice Bureau and a network of industry recognised conveyancers. We can help you fully understand the home buying process.
Our property details are designed specifically to provide buyers with key information relevant to the property to help you decide whether you want to go and see for yourself. Once you have viewed, many of our online floor plans have a fantastic space planner facility for you to start planning how to turn that house into your home.
Finding your ideal home is about continually talking to us. We need to know your feedback about houses you’ve been to see because this will help us tailor your search criteria to properly meet your needs and find your new home.
Making an offer
So you have just seen the property you want; everything about it is just right - location, accommodation, outlook, garden, on a bus route, handy for schools.
