4. Online Referencing

Once you have been accepted by the landlord, we will be in touch with the next steps of completing your online reference request, where the referencing team will guide you through the process and ask you to pay the holding deposit.

2. Pre Qualification 
Form

When you find a property you would like to rent, move quickly and contact us for your pre qualification form.


Once completed, we will discuss your application form with the landlord and move to the next step viewings.

5. Guarantor

Sometimes you may need a Guarantor to support your application; this is someone who promises to pay the rent if you are unable to most people ask a relative to help with this.

You will be invited to attend a viewing with a member of our expert lettings team.

6. Tenancy Agreement & Payment

Before you get the keys, you will need to sign the tenancy agreement online and pay the balance of the first month's rent* and your security deposit to DB Roberts.
