Our experience shows that those who do really well are self-motivated and prepared to give their full commitment to building their career - which is definitely not 9 to 5, Monday to Friday!
You need to be well presented, and of a friendly and approachable disposition. You do not need formal qualifications although most employers, including ourselves, would expect you to have GCSE passes in Mathematics and English.

D.B. Roberts Property Centres are looking for a Sales Negotiator who is a dynamic individual to join our team in our new Shrewsbury Branch.
We are looking for a confident, professional and service focused individual who is enthusiastic about exceeding their personal targets.
You will be required to deal with enquiries regarding property purchasing and selling, ensuring you understand our clients needs in order to match them to their perfect property.
You will book viewings, provide feedback to vendors and arrange valuations using a diary system.
You will need to understand how to maximise all opportunities whilst providing a high level of customer service, recommend our conveyancing and mortgage services to prospective buyers and sellers, providing a one stop service for all property related matters to assist our clients in what can be a stressful time.
Previous estate agency experience is not essential as long as you have the drive to succeed in this role.
Driving licence and use of own vehicle is an advantage.

D.B.Roberts Property Centres are looking for driven and dynamic individuals to join our telephony team of Customer Support Agents at our Head Office in Shrewsbury.
As a Customer Support Agent you will receive on the job training from a team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff who will be on hand every step of the way ensuring you learn the right way to sell property and provide our clients with an exceptional customer journey during what can be a stressful time.
You will be responsible for dealing with telephone enquiries regarding property purchasing, selling and letting ensuring you understand our clients needs in order to match them to their perfect property, arranging viewings, providing feedback, booking valuations.
You will also be expected to recommend our conveyancing and mortgage services to prospective buyers and sellers, providing a one stop service for all property related matters.
Previous estate agency experience or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
You need to be available to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm weekends.
