D.B.Roberts Mortgage Services are expanding our Mortgage Centre and are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors. The role is based at our Head Office in Shrewsbury.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to deliver excellent customer service to our clients who are in the process of applying for a new mortgage service. You will be their point of contact to help them along the journey from beginning to end, providing them with updates on both the financial and legal side of the process.
No experience is required for this role but you must have a fantastic telephone manner, understanding and empathy for what can be a stressful time and a willingness to help them every step of the way, full training will be given.
Full and part time hours will considered with a range of possible shifts available between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday –Friday and Saturdays hours to be agreed. Flexible working will also be considered for the right candidate.
