To be eligible for the offer, you must be either: An independant shop worker, local market trader or a member of the charities and clubs we support: AFC Telford United, Stafford Rangers FC, Allscott Cricket Club, Sir John Bayley Club, Sinclair Sports & Social Club, The Stay Project & SAHA Girls Under 6's FC. You must provide valid and verifiable proof of eligibility. The offer is applicable to property selling fees or tenancy setup fees only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other services. You must mention the offer at the time of engaging with DB Roberts and provide the necessary documentation for verification. This offer is open to new clients of DB Roberts commencing from 1st October 2023. The £200 discount will be applied to the total selling fees or tenancy setup fees as charged by DB Roberts. DB Roberts reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. DB Roberts retains the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
