Ella joined the DB Roberts team in 2025 after graduating with a Law degree from the University of Leeds. Throughout her studies and various roles, she discovered a real passion for organisation, admin and helping people, all of which led her to pursue a role where she could put those strengths into practice.
While at university, she worked as a student telephone fundraiser, speaking to alumni about their time at Leeds and raising money for student scholarships. She also worked as a private A-Level Psychology tutor, supporting sixth-form students with their studies.
Alongside her academic commitments, Ella also gained experience as an Office Assistant at a local solicitors and as a Sales Assistant at Ironbridge Gorge Museum.
She was drawn to DB Roberts for the fast-paced environment and the opportunity to learn new skills and build on her existing experience. Ella now supports our customers from Head Office and plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly.
Fact: Ella has 11 cats at home!
