It’s been a busy and exciting time for our Lettings and Property Management team. Alongside preparing for the Renters Reform Bill, we are also celebrating a well-earned promotion within the department, Bethany Stevens has stepped into the role of Lettings Assistant Manager.

Bethany has been an important part of our lettings team since joining DB Roberts in 2023. She has worked hard to achieve her professional MARLA qualifications in Lettings and Property Management and has provided outstanding support to landlords and tenants across Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford and Wolverhampton. Her promotion reflects the continued growth of our department and the hard work of everyone involved in delivering a professional, approachable service to all our clients.

Led by Lisa Edwards, our Lettings and Property Management department expertly manages hundreds of private homes and rooms in HMOs (House in Multiple Occupation) across the region and we are proud of the dedication and expertise shown by every member of the team. From finding the right tenants to handling maintenance, compliance and everything in between, our lettings and management professionals work hard to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, always focused on providing clear advice and dependable support.
