According to the latest stats from Rightmove, the UK property market has seen a 30% increase year-on-year. The latest figures show UK inflation now sits at 3.4%, down slightly from April and continuing on its path towards the Bank of England’s 2% target. Further reductions may be coming later in the year, which could bring even more momentum to the market.

Lettings Market: Strong Rents and High Tenant Demand
