📍 The Quarry: Town Centre Celebrations

LOOPFEST: May 1st – 3rd

The multi-venue music festival returns with over 250 acts. Look out for headliners like Ash and Reef, who are performing in The Quarry. There are over 40 venues across the town’s best-loved pubs and stages.

Zippos Circus: June 11th – 15th

The circus returns to The Quarry for a five-day stint of family entertainment.

Shrewsbury Food Festival: June 27th – 28th

The award-winning festival is back! Expect over 200 stalls, chef demos, and a brand-new evening music concert on the Saturday.

Shropshire Oktoberfest: October 2nd – 3rd

While it marks the turn of the season, it remains a staple of the "big field" events in The Quarry. Expect the return of the oompah bands, local real ales, and the legendary silent disco.

📍 West Mid Showground

Shropshire County Agricultural Show: May 23rd

A true local tradition at the West Mid Showground featuring livestock parades and family fun.

Shrewsbury Folk Festival: August 28th – 31st

The August Bank Holiday belongs to the Folk Festival. Tickets are already on sale for this world-class event at the West Mid Showground.

📍 Onslow Park: Vintage Power

Shrewsbury Steam Rally: August 30th – 31st

Over 1,000 exhibits, from steam traction engines and historic military vehicles to heavy horses and vintage fairground organs.
