So, where’s hot in Shropshire right now?

Top of the list is Hanwood, Pontesbury and Minsterley, a trio of charming communities just outside Shrewsbury.

These areas have seen the sharpest rise in property values, suggesting a combination of strong local appeal, access to countryside and convenient links to the town are making them increasingly desirable.

They’re not the only areas catching buyers’ attention, though. The full list includes a mix of locations, each with their own unique appeal, from excellent schools and green spaces to thriving local communities. Including: Copthorne, Bowbrook, Bayston Hill, Atcham, Apley, Leegomery, Cosford, Albrighton, Wem, Wrockwardine Wood, Trench and Harlescott Grange.
