At DB Roberts, we’re proud to support the next generation of property professionals, and this summer, we were delighted to welcome Alex to our Shrewsbury team as an apprentice.

Alex is currently studying Business Administration at Shrewsbury College, combining her coursework with hands-on experience in our busy branch. From helping to prepare property listings to supporting clients throughout their move, she’s gaining a clear understanding of how an estate agency operates day to day.Before joining our team, Alex completed her Level 3 Business Studies course at college. She also developed valuable customer service skills through her previous roles in hospitality at local golf clubs, hotels, and farm shops, experience that has already proven useful in her new role within a busy estate agency environment.

Joining DB Roberts has given Alex the opportunity to put her classroom learning into practice. She’s seeing how business principles come to life in a fast-paced environment, where organisation, communication, and teamwork all play a part in delivering excellent service for our clients.

An apprenticeship in estate agency is a fantastic way to build confidence and learn practical skills from experienced professionals. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys working with people and is interested in property, marketing, or customer service.

Alex’s enthusiasm and commitment have already made a great impression on the team. She’s quickly become a valued part of the branch, always keen to learn and take on new challenges.
